Cancellation

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please make sure to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds except in the case of defective or damaged products. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate a claim.

To be eligible for a return in the case of defective or damaged products, you must provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to return the product to us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within a certain amount of days.
